This Privacy Policy explains what information WheelSpinFree ("we," "our," or "the site") collects when you use wheelspinfree.com, and how that information is used. WheelSpinFree is a free, no-signup spin-the-wheel tool - we've written this policy to reflect that simple setup honestly, not as a generic template.

Information We Don't Collect

WheelSpinFree has no user accounts, no login system, and no server-side database of user content. When you build a wheel - adding names, options, colors, or settings - that data lives entirely in your browser for the duration of your visit. We never see it, store it, or transmit it to a server. Close the tab or refresh the page, and it's gone unless you've built save/share functionality yourself in the future (not currently offered).

Information We May Collect Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical information for every request - things like IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and timestamps. This is normal web server activity used for security, performance, and abuse prevention, not information we actively collect or analyze about individual visitors.

We may also use a privacy-respecting web analytics tool to understand aggregate traffic patterns (e.g. which pages are popular, roughly how many visitors we get). Any such tool, if and when it's added, will be reflected in this policy. We don't currently have analytics installed on the site.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

WheelSpinFree may use your browser's local storage to remember simple preferences within a session (for example, a chosen sound style or toggle setting) - this stays on your device and is never sent to us. We don't use cookies to track you across the site for our own purposes.

If and when third-party advertising is enabled on the site (see below), those ad providers may set their own cookies or use similar tracking technologies in your browser, independent of anything we control directly.

Advertising

Teachers and parents using WheelSpinFree in a classroom or at home remain responsible for how the tool is used in that setting.

Data Retention

Because we don't operate accounts or store wheel content server-side, there's essentially nothing of yours for us to retain. Standard hosting logs from Cloudflare are retained only as long as needed for security and operational purposes, per Cloudflare's own practices.
